Ncapsul, Inc Policies on Payment, Shipping & Refund/ExchangePayment MethodsVisa/MasterCard: We accept all Valid Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You must have the card present to use it, you can only pay with your credit card if you have the Card Verification Number on the back of your card and enter it at the time of payment checkout. American Express: We accept all Valid American Express credit cards. You must have the card present to use it, you can only pay with your credit card if you have the Card Verification Number on the front of your card and enter it at the time of payment checkout. Payment Terms At the time you submit an order, you agree to pay Ncapsul, Inc the applicable fees set forth on our Web site. All payments are due immediately and are non-refundable, except as otherwise noted in the Ncapsul, Inc Refund/Exchange Policy. Any renewal of your subscription with us is subject to our then-current terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, payment of all applicable fees at the time of renewal. If you are on the subscription plan, we will attempt to provide you a renewal reminder when it is time to renew your subscription. You agree to pay all value added, sales and other taxes related to the Service(s) provided to you hereunder. All payments of fees for the Service(s) provided by Ncapsul, Inc shall be made in U.S. dollars. Ncapsul, Inc reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Ordering Methods Online: Click on ‘"reate Your Capsulcard" or "Re-order your CapsulCard" links. Phone: By calling Toll Free 1-877-707-2336 (1-877-70-SAFEMED); customer service agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your order or provide assistance. Order Status Log into your User Profile and click on "Track my Order(s)". Shipping Policy Our goal is to process your order within 72 hours of receipt and ship within 5 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail. Ncapsul, Inc saves you money by paying all postage fees when your CapsulCard™ is shipped to you. Refund/Exchange If the information printed on your card is incorrect (i.e. different from the information you entered into the web-site or communicated to our customer service representative), we will mail you a corrected card. This type of exchange is only valid if the error is made by Ncapsul, Inc or its representatives. At the customer’s request, a refund can be requested (for the above circumstance only) if the original card (and any accompanying items-ie. magnifying card and/or cardholder) is/are returned within 30 days of order placement.
